Herbs for Horses

We offer an unique service of customised herbal formulas based on high grade liquids that are prescribed specifically for your horse. Following a detailed consultation where we take a full history of your horse’s health, well being and current living conditions, we are able to put together a herbal formula that meets your horse’s current needs. This may be a combination of herbs in a liquid (alcohol or cider vinegar) form, dried herbs or other minerals or supplements. Horses generally love the taste of their herbal formulas and will take them directly into the mouth (in liquid form) or in feed.

 

 

Horses as domesticated animals are believed to have lived alongside humans for over 7000 years. It is highly possible that the plant remedies that people used to treat their own illnesses and injuries were also applied to their horse companions.
